Here are the steps to cancel your subscriptions:

 

PayPal / Credit / Debit Card Subscriptions

To cancel your subscription taken out via PayPal or debit/credit card login to your account here. Scroll down to 'Subscription' and click 'Cancel Subscription'. This will prevent any future charges, you can continue to use the app until your current subscription period expires.

 

Apple In-App Subscription

To cancel your iOS (Apple) In-App Subscription:

1. Open the NOW Music App

2. Navigation to 'Library' and then click the settings wheel in the top right

3. Click 'Manage Subscription, this will take your to the manage subscription page on your iTunes Account.

4. Follow the steps on your device, click 'cancel' on the NOW Music App Subscription 

 

Google Play In-App Subscription

To cancel your Google Play (Android) In-App Subscription:

1. Open the NOW Music App

2. Navigation to 'Library' and then click the settings wheel in the top right

3. Click 'Manage Subscription, this will take your to the manage subscription page on your Google Play Account.

4. Follow the steps on your device, click 'cancel' on the NOW Music App Subscription 

 

Amazon Fire In-App Subscription

To cancel your Amazon Fire In-App Subscription:

1. Open the Amazon App Store App on your Fire TV or Tablet

3. Tap 'subscriptions'

4. Follow the steps on your device to manage your subscription, click 'cancel' on the NOW Music App Subscription
